Mr Baoz was set up in 2008 and the idea of these colourful buns are from a Taiwanese bakery specialist, Mr Liu I-Ming. He thought of doughnuts which currently selling like hot cakes, they are beautiful with different flavours and colours. Even doughnuts can be so beautiful, why not these chinese steamed buns? Therefore, he invented these colourful yet healthy buns! How amazing it is! We are not only in Malaysia but also in Jakarta, Hong Kong, China and upcoming in Singapore too!
Our buns are colourful yet healthy? How do we define? Oh well, many people think that our buns are using artificial colouring as they are so colourful. However, we do take care and take consumer's health in considerations, therefore our colouring are all from natural resources, such as red from tomato powder, yellow from cheese powder and the most special black from the squid ink! Secondly, the fillings in the buns are healthy because it contain less oil, how? We remove the oil and fats from the dishes before stuffing the fillings into the buns. Our bun's skin texture are smooth & soft due to a long and complicated process which we've gone tru. So, our baoz quality are better compare to the traditional ones, this is what we known as "revolutionize baoz"
